Step by Step

Posted by Chiui · July 31st, 2009 · Filed under Topped with cheese

I asked love to follow my steps. I asked love to come in through the front door.

I liked him. Who doesn’t? As I was on the stairs, I told Love, “Won’t you please give me sign?” I prepared to look back. “If he would use this staircase and talk to me, I will allow myself to like him.”

I looked back. I saw a huge crowd of people. The guy isn’t there. Nope. He wasn’t.

I walked even more slowly. “Again.”

I looked back again, with the hopes that he might just be talking to a friend and then after that he would use the stairs. He wasn’t there. So I moved on.

“No hope. No hope. No hope. No hope…” I continuously murmured to myself while I was walking.
And then I heard a familiar voice calling me, “Chiui!”

It was him. He said this with a wave of his hand. He used the back door of the building. I was startled. With a surprised look on the face, I waved back.

Step by step by step by step… We walked together step by step.

So does that mean that if you invite love to come in it doesn’t follow you, but it surprises you with its own entrance through your heart? Isn’t that pretty annoying? Aren’t we told to knock first before we enter if we’re about to enter a place which isn’t our property? Does that mean that love has no manners? Or is it just part of love’s sweetness?

So does that mean that love only comes in when we do not expect it to come? When we’re unprepared? When we’ve already given up?

I hate this. I seriously hate this. I enjoyed the walk, but not liking someone. I do not wish to continue.

Because I asked for a sign and I got an answer. This is not love! I wonder how long I am going to wait just to know what true love is. I have the urge to write about it. I wish to describe it. And then keep it.

DOREMIFASOLOVEYOU

Heyhey. :) Plugging my stuffed dog’s Blog. Yes. He has a blog.

I just watched this Korean movie (as usual) entitled Doremifasolatido, starring Jang Geun Suk and some other people whom I don’t care about (’cause only Jang Geun Suk impressed me). It was amazing. You can download it on Veoh.

I mean, of course, it’s the usual Meet-date-break-and-make-up type of a movie, but you know, the story is uber cool. It stings. It grabs hold of your heart and shakes it until it makes you pour out what your heart contains. Like when you shake a soda. Shake it, and it explodes. The movie shakes hearts. Can you believe that i cried so much because of that movie? I don’t understand, I never let myself cry over sad scenes. Until I watched this, the only time I cried was when I watched Lilo and Stitch.

Sorry, but I don’t care if you watch it or not, so I’m going to just pour out everything here.

How can a movie be so short?! Lol. Nah, it’s not short, but the story is kind of concentrated. There are so many scenes that could’ve been shown. It would be better if that movie were a Korean drama instead. The pace of events were kind of fast. First thing you know, they were just neighbors. The next minute, they’re kissing. What the heck? That’s the only thing I didn’t like. I wish it weren’t that quick.

And how can a character be so dynamic?! Lol. One moment, Eun Gyu is the annoying type of a guy. Then you discover that he’s such a good friend. Then he becomes such a sweet boyfriend. Then he becomes mine. Just kidding. Hahahaha. Whatever. I just love seeing tough guys go sweet. But the shifting of behavior and attitude is kind of awkward. It’s quite exaggerated.

I like their chemistry. That girl and that boy. The girl reminds me of a Filipina blogger (I guess you know her, GUESS WHO SHE IS!?) because of her looks. They kind of look the same. :) The guy, Jang Geun Suk, is pretty!!! I once loved Lee Dong Wook above all, but now I think I’m changing my number one. Haha. Geun Suk also reminds me of G-Dragon of Big Bang. Dunno why. Sometimes they look alike when they smile. :)

NOW ABOUT THE STORY AND MUSIC!! I love it I love it I love it! The story reminds me of something I have forgotten in the past, though I cannot really tell or pinpoint what it is. The music, too- I think I’ve heard it somewhere, especially the Time of Waiting.

I can’t believe how I can relate so much when I have no experience like that! How can that be?! That song really pierces my heart for some reason that I do not understand. While I was watching that movie, it seems like it was me, and I was there, when actually I’ve never had some events like those in my life.

It’s probably because of that guy. How he became so understanding. I love how much he sacrificed, and I loved his personality. Or probably because of the girl. Because she was caught in the middle. But it never really happened to me, so why is it like this? You’d probably say that it’s because the acting were so convincing. Well, yes, that counts, but it’s the story and the songs that really caught me. It’s weird. And terrible. For me, at least.

Or probably the leading man was just the kind of guy that I’d really like? He was so cool. So cool. So coooool.

But nah, it can’t be that simple.

Heyhey

Posted by Chiui · July 24th, 2009 · Filed under Blogwise, Topped with cheese

I’ve been saying heyhey to everyone lately. I wonder why.

So I’m here just to check and update. I see that everyone’s been busy, so am I. I will be very, very busy. But I will not leave my blog. I always find time to update my little baby.

Again, I made a new read/tutorial for Korean language learners out there. See the visitors page.

Have I told you about my 12-year-old stuffed dog named Wawut? I’m pretty sure I mentioned him on my About page. Well, do you know that he has a kind of a dramatic life story? He does! I’ve been thinking about it last night. It was just last night when I realized that he’s been there for freakin ever. So out of my love for my stuffed doggy, I made a website for him. Check out www.wawut.chiburger.com. The site is special. :)

Please do visit! I want to share the story to everyone. The story is on his about page. Enjoy reading. It’s a true story. Never changed in any way.

1. Will you comment on his first ever blog post? :)
2. What keeps you busy, if you’re busy?
3. What are you hungry for?

Mine:
1. Me? Yes. I will of course. Lol.
2. Theatre class.
