What to buy? What to Learn?

Hello.

I recently hired someone for a custom WordPress theme so expect a major change! :D I’m so happy for this. For the first time, I’m going to have a custom-made theme! Now my Paypal account is almost broke since I also bought a Smosh Boxman shirt (Youtubers know these two cool guys). I was supposed to buy the Periods suck, Commas rule shirt from their Sex Ed video, but it was out of stock. :( So I got my dream Boxman is my homeboy shirt! Heheh. It’s on its way here.

I also ordered Suju shirts! I got myself an Eunhyuk anchovy shirt GAAAAH I can’t wait for that lol. :D Since I started earning online, I’ve always been window shopping. Here are a few stores I’ve been browsing and why:

  1. Kerstin’s Closet – I loooove the Chopsticks set! I would buy one if I had the moniez!
  2. Cph’s shop – I’m always looking at that 돼지토끼 plushie (pig rabbit from You’re Beautiful)
  3. Japkor Goodies – The lanyards!!
  4. Sjshirts – The shirts, of course :D Tiff told me about this! Heehee!
  5. Everything Korean – I love the clothes here! Really my type :D

On other news, I’ve been surfing the net for universities in Canada where I could go to. A friend in Canada told me I should try the University of Toronto (since we’re heading to Ontario, I think). I downloaded a brochure, and I think it’s pretty neat in there. I’ve browsed through the degree programs that they offer, too, and really kept my eye on that BA East Asian Studies. Sounds boring, but it offers a lot of courses on Japanese, Chinese, and Korean languages. I don’t know, but that’s the only degree program that I like. I like the subjects, too.

Who knows what’s gonna happen lol. I will have to wait. Darn it, I have to go back being a freshman, darn it.

Cut-out Dreams

Before anything else, I thank Stevevhan for saying I’m one of your favorites. You’ve got weird tastes man, but thank you. Peace.

Expect more major awesomeness from this blog in the following months! I feel sorry since this blog had been such a mess. I’m gonna rearrange and fix things, spend moolah for this blog’s design, bloghop and return comments like a madman. Yes, I’m a whole new being now. I’ve always been saying that my 2010 started with a very big bang that I don’t know how to react at first. It’s like God shuffled everything that I arranged for my life. Meh. There’s a time for everything, but I just suck at those types of exams where you have to arrange the events chronologically, so here I am all mixed up. Still, it’s nice that I can still cope with all of these things happening.

Blessings really pour down, I’m glad. What that Holy Book is saying is very true, though sometimes the verses sound like a joke because everything sounds unbelievably magical. Well, I guess supernatural things are natural. These huge blessings are being poured on me so perfectly quick that I don’t know what to grab hold of first!

That reminds me of telling you about the vision board.

Have you heard of the vision board? Some call it the dream board.  It looks like that one up there. That’s not mine lol. At the beginning of the year, you make a collage (visual representation) of the things that you’re dreaming of achieving. For example, if you want to be an actress, put a symbol on the dream board by cutting a picture of someone who’s acting or probably a picture of an actress. If you want a DSLR, cut out a picture of a DSLR and paste it there. Then if you’re done, put the board (any board! illustration board, etc) somewhere you can always see it. It’s some sort of motivation. According to my Social Psychology class, everyday when you look at it, you unconsciously motivate yourself. This helps you stay focused on what you really want to have and what you really want to do. :D

It really works! And it’s not some sort of religion or something. It’s all in the brain. It’s proven. Actually, this is my first year to start a vision board, and oh my gosh, I could check a lot already. I put in a picture of money and a logo of Paypal (lolz!), and then I got money on my Paypal account! Then, I put in Korean sentences in there to represent my desire to increase my Korean Language knowledge, and now I’ve just registered to a Korean Language Training Program. See? It’s all about keeping yourself motivated and focused.

I think Oprah Winfrey and Mirriam Quiambao make vision boards every year. That’s what my Social Psych professor told us. Even my Speech Communication teacher makes one every year, and she says it’s also working for her. She also told us how it worked on students of the Harvard University.

Make one now! Lol, now I am endorsing the vision board. I’ll post a picture of my vision board next time. :) I really think that this Vision Board is so great. 나만 믿어!

Q’s:
1. How’s January 2010?
2. Are you going to make a vision board, too?
