I Have A Crush On Peter
I miss the Philippines. I missed One Way’s mall tour in the Philippines. Aww darn. I have a crush on Peter Hyun! He’s from One Way and I love him. People! Call me Mrs Hyun.
Anyway, how’s everything in the Philippines? I heard from the news that there were recent problems with water? ;O Hope things would be fine.
Anyway my mom’s friend just got back from the Philippines so she gave us ube, salted egg, etcetera etcetera but I particulary enjoyed this Sampaloc candy that I really missed!
Yesterday after Church, we went straight to the mall. Went shopping. Jumpin’ jupiters, Zara was having this huge ass sale and everything was just liek DHS15-30 (3-7 USD?) and the pants were at around DHS55-65 (12-14 USD?). When my sister and I went in, we just grabbed everything we can and we like- collecting clothes of different styles and such- then went to the fitting room to try them on. :)) But our time was limited. I think I was able to buy 3 pants, 7 tops, 2 scarves, 1 jacket. Great <3 But my body's aching now because I got tired of running around hogging clothes. :s
Today we tried some of them on, I'll just post this one because my face looks stupid on the other shots. LOL this one's my Facebook primary photo:

World Builder
Yesterday, I went out with my Mom and 2 sisters to buy stuff and watch Inception. I was bored, and since I’m always stuck at home in front of my laptop, I asked for a little ~freedom~. Mwihihi.
My sisters went to buy some other winter clothes that we could bring with us to Canada (Winter stuff here in UAE is much much cheaper of course. This place is hot). Then I dragged Mom along to Missha so I could buy make-up. I’m not really fond of make-up. I hate putting on too much make-up, actually. Usually I just put on make-up that will still make my face look natural. ^.^
I only bought 2 things! One is this, light green eyeshadow:
If you’re a frequent reader of my blog, you know how much I like green. This layout is my first pink layout and it still has some green on it, y’know. Luckily, green still looks good on my face! Then here’s the other one: I bought lipgloss!
CAN OUUU SAY NUDE! This shade gives me my favorite “Nude colour”. Yessir. Its color is really simple and natural. Hmm Missha Glamfit Gloss BE005, if I’m not wrong. And sorry for the picture if it’s kinda blurred. Took it last night didn’t know my hands were a little shaky. Heh.

And I also bought a new shirt which was liek only DHS35 at Zara. ;O And it’s Zara. Coolness. I was looking for a pink floral blouse forever but I couldn’t find anything that I like. Darn you little evil unfashionable stores….. kidding.
Anyway so after that I just had KFC’s spicy panini stuff (which was good) and went straight to the cinema to watch Inception with my sister. It’s a good movie! And I love how they ended it. Leonardo di Caprio looks like an old version of ZACK from The Suite Life of Zack and Cody. LMAO. Anyway, I won’t say anything since Im not in the mood to review movies (and I don’t even do that).
I’ll just share this short film called World Builder made by Bruce Branit. Inception reminds me of this short film. If you’ve seen Inception, you’ll know why it reminds me of this one:

Summer In Abu Dhabi
Last week I kept tweeting about how my father got free guest tickets to Summer In Abu Dhabi. We just went there last Friday. Let me share what happened. Through pictures!
We explored a lot til we got tired of “just exploring”. That’s why we entered “Bee Amazed”…
Bee Amazed is like a mini version of that game that you see on Japanese TV show Takeshi’s Castle. There’s a maze and you have to get out. People outside can see how well you’re doing through this TV outside. Anyway, inside, as we find our way out some “Stingers” with sting us with water guns. Yes, I got wet!
We tried the other booths. They’re just okay activities so I didn’t bother taking pictures. LOL. And then I saw the Cello mascot hugging kids.
If you saw the mascots, that means the show is starting! So we stood in line to watch a 5D interactive movie thingy. Similar to Nick Jr’s Hi5, that show on TV. Uh, it’s really cute. The kids looked very happy… but I’m not a kid. But it was still cool because I was liek, “Ahhh so this is how you entertain kids!”
Of course kids need a picture with the actor.
And of course if I saw Cello hugging other kids, she needs to hug my sister, too.
Then we saw another show which is a environmentalist Marvel comic show… for kids of course. I saw Hulk and Ironman. (But he wasn’t Robert Downey, Jr. What a bummer!)
Hulk’s pants are too loose. Caught you, Hulk.
YAY New Yorker Spiderman came. YES he sounded sooooo much like Tobey Maguire, but then AGAIN of course it wasn’t him. Sheesh)
Then you’ll have to swear to Spiderman that you’ll recycle things and help save the world by throwing your trash at the right places. Took a picture of my sister while saying to pledge. I show this to her whenever she mess things up at the house. *evil laugh*
After that, she kept her promise and did what she was told.
Then some random mascot came along. He was walking by himself so it was such an odd scene. He looked lonely so I took a picture of him with my sister. He did a “peace” sign. Being a Native Arab mascot, it was still such an odd scene…
Then we watched him walk away……….alone… and lonely…
I think I had a lot of fun.
