Happy Daddy Day to all the daddies in ze house!

I just wanna share some random facts about my dad.

1. My Dad bought this domain and he didn’t even hesitate. Yes, he knows about this blog. No, I don’t hate it if he reads my blog. It’s actually the other way around.

Me: Pa, click my ads.
Dad: Later, later.
–Later–
Me: You saw my blog?
Dad: No. Just keep writing. I’ll just drop by some other day.

While you guys put a lot of effort to hide your blogs, I put a lot of effort to make my Dad click my ads.

2. Dad tells me different kinds of bedtime stories. When I was younger, Papa tells me about some stuff before sleeping. They’re not about Cinderella or whichever Disney prostitute, but things about the Ozone Layer, the Artist’s Look, Free verse poems… I wonder if he still remembers telling me these. Because of him doing that, I liked reading about different stuff and imagining things.

3. My Dad knows my interests freakingly well and it hella scares me at times. One time, Dad called and he just said he’s buying me an iPod shuffle. And I was like OMG and I jumped around. And then the next year, we were talking and he said he’d trade his iPod Classic for my iPod shuffle. Then, when my family and I stroll around the mall, Mum and my other sisters go to the clothes, my brother just loves walking around and looking at gadgets, and my Dad and I go to the bookstore. We talk about books, review movies, and review music/musicians. It’s nice. It’s like talking to a blogger, only that my Dad doesn’t have a blog. And what’s freaky is that when they gave me a cellphone, he put songs in it, and amazingly those songs are the type of songs that I like. It’s like he knows if I will like something or if I won’t.

When I was 9, I wrote short stories..and then I give them to my Dad for grammar check (yes, I was 9. But until now my grammar isn’t that well hohoho). He would correct every single mistake, and then he’d comment on the storyline, and then he’d encourage me to write more.

4. Dad loves God. When he makes plans for our family, he never forgets about what God wants for our family. He won’t make decisions right away. He consults God first. And that is the best thing about him.

PS: I love you Kim Moon Cheol. I didn’t IM you on MSN because I feel so shy. I’ll make a different post about this one.

Happy Father’s Day to your Papa

I don’t like my dad reading my blog, it’s freaks me out. ‘Coz he might read something that he musn’t. X__xHahaha!He does not also tells me bedtime stories. He just tell me a story when I asked him to. Hahaha. Me and my dad has the same interests too like action movies, books, and sports. I’m more closer to dad than my mom. Heh 0_o

yay happy father’s day to all dads in the world your dad seems so cool! you’re so lucky to have a dad who knows you pretty well, including your interests and such uh now I remember my friend who has a really ‘mean’ dad he doesn’t really care about his child. I pity my friend, lol.

Happy fathers day to all the dads out there. Aw, your dad sounds so kind and nice and it’s cool how he knows about your site. My parents do, but my mum is the only one whose been on it and read one of my blogs. x)

It’s good that you are so close! I wouldn’t dream of letting my dad read my blog but he does know if it since I told him I get paid already (bwahaha!) and he’s actually cautious and even doubts paypal’s credibility. Sighs And I wouldn’t let mum either even if she’s closer to me. hehe. I don’t know Maybe it’s because they grew up without showing their emotions to their parents and it’s like that now too… maybe it’s because we’re Chinese.. I don’t know. haha!!

Fathers day!It sucks my dad is working. But I pertended it was yesterday!

My dad read me stories like that too, but he also sometimes made up some about this cat guy :/ I forget. Ahha.

Just to let you know that I am back from my temporary hiatus which I took so I could complete my A-level exams. They are over and I am now a free soul until September/ October which is when I go to university. Hell Yeah bitches!

Awww! Your dad sounds sweet. I haven’t bought my dad anything cos what do you buy? Christmas usually sees slippers or pyjamas as he buys lots of stuff for himself, like gadgets during the year… argh! He got a card though.

Wow, your dad is amazing. I don’t feel that close to my dad, even though he’s great. I like that he told you different stories; that’s interesting.

I don’t put a lot of effort to hide my blogs. Most sof my family and friends just aren’t interested in that sorta thing. They ask me about it but they don’t go and look. Only my very close friends do!

Haha I can’t help but feel bad for not returning a comment, even if it is a rude one. XD

It’s really cool when you have a close relationship with your dad and you can be totally honest with him =) I’m also close with my dad but I dont want him to read my blog. Haha! And yeah my dad was the one who always encourage us to go to church.

It’s obvious that you’re pretty close with your dad. I’m actually the other way around. I’m not too close with my dad, i’m closer with my mom. But still I keep my blog a private thing from both of them. It just feels awkward for me that they know about my online life. Haha.

Aw, I can totally relate to you about the first one. My dad bought my domain and hosting, too. I wouldn’t care if he read it, but he says he won’t because he respects my privacy. XD Plus, he says there are just some things he doesn’t need to know about me. LOL.

i think he’s awesome! i didn’t have the opportunity to hang out with my dad the way you guys do, but i feel blessed that at least, we got some “moments” before anything else happened.

Your dad sounds amazing – he encourages you to read and write and be intelligent, I love that. My dad always made up stories for me & my sisters when we were kids, he’d just take a random subject and tell a long, exciting story about it. It was so cool.
